4. Shipping and Delivery
We will do our best to deliver products in a timely manner. However, delivery times may vary based on location and availability. Any delays will be communicated as soon as possible.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened tobacco products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us  for a replacement or refund.

FBD is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our products or services.
